Arsenal will be without new signing Gervinho and defensive midfielder Alex Song who have both been handed 3 match bans. It is expected that Andrei Arshavin and Emanuel Frimpong will plug the holes they leave in the squad, while Gervinho’s presence will surely be missed after his industrious performance against Udinese, it is the gap left by Song’s suspension that could prove decisive.
